Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience in Nutanix Administration Vmware administration and Windows administration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the companys technological advancements and ensuring seamless infrastructure operations.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and management of Nutanix infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Vmware environments to support business operations.
  • Provide expert-level Windows administration to maintain and enhance system functionality.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuity.
  • Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and integrate new technologies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Nutanix Administration with a strong understanding of its architecture and management.
  • Exhibit advanced skills in Vmware administration including configuration maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Possess extensive experience in Windows administration ensuring system stability and security.
  • Show familiarity with updating customer master data and maintaining open invoices as a nice-to-have skill.
  • Display excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adapt to a hybrid work model and manage tasks efficiently during day shifts.
