Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Load balancing Switching and Routing - Arista Switching & Routing Cisco Wireless and WAN Optimizers. This role involves maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and performance. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel is required.


Responsibilities

Experience with Voice Infra Unified Communications network cloud and collaboration architectures.

Understand firewall technology and be able to follow the firewall request procedure to open ports required for Voice Infra to operate with cloud-based technology.

Must have strong network background

Ability to implement telephony integrations (SBC ATA PBX SIP trucking etc.)

Engineering enterprise data voice and video networks

Provide Tier 3/4 support on troubleshooting of complex issues.

Have worked on Cisco Unified communication products like Cisco Unified Communication Manager IPCC Express Cisco Unity Voicemail Cisco Wireless Phones and Cisco Call Manager express.

Good implementation/troubleshooting experience on Cisco IPT & IPCC Express.

Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Service Gateways (ISR Routers Analog gateways CUBE CUSP VXML Cisco SRST).

Have clear understanding on VOIP protocols like SIP H.323 and MGCP

Have clear understanding on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling.

Maintain and update voice network diagrams and vendor information for voice network devices

Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Work with Third Party Providers to assist in Problem resolution of telecommunication Problems.

Performs advanced remote/onsite troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues upgrade plans creation of technical product documentation upgradation & site coordinations.

Initiates network improvement recommendations based upon experiences in field

Provide onsite operations and admin consultancy during system administration & maintenance

Performs Root Cause Analysis

Tracks and updates key performance metrics
