Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL with a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management. This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards in our software products contributing to the companys mission of delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance efforts for software projects within the Asset and Wealth Management domain.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts using TestNG and Selenium.
  • Provide expertise in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to ensure alignment on project goals and quality standards.
  • Utilize Jira for tracking and managing defects ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Java and Maven.
  • Conduct thorough testing of PL/SQL scripts to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Apply Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects in an agile environment.
  • Mentor and guide junior quality engineers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software quality identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
  • Contribute to the development of quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of QA processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in quality engineering and apply them to enhance our QA practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering with a focus on Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL.
  • Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Asset and Wealth Management.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in automated testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
  • Have experience working in an agile environment and applying Scrum methodologies.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
