Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Asset and Wealth Management and possess strong technical skills in GITHUB BDD SQL Cucumber Azure Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL. This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards in our software products contributing to the companys mission of delivering exceptional financial solution
Responsibilities
Lead the quality assurance efforts for software projects within the Asset and Wealth Management domainOversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts using BDD methodologiesProvide expertise in GITHUB for version control and collaboration with development teamsUtilize SQL and PL/SQL for database testing and validationImplement and manage test automation frameworks using Cucumber Selenium and TestNGCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software productsManage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and MavenCollaborate with stakeholders to define and refine acceptance criteria in a Scrum environmentConduct performance testing and ensure applications meet performance benchmarksUtilize Azure for cloud-based testing and deploymentTrack and manage defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution and communication with development teamsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers fostering a culture of continuous improvementEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management with a deep understanding of domain-specific requirementsDemonstrate proficiency in GITHUB BDD SQL Cucumber Azure Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQLExhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailShow ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilitiesHave strong communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate with diverse teamsDisplay a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks in the software development lifecycleHold a relevant certification such as ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
