Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in SuccessFactors and domain expertise in Research and Development Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to our innovative projects and driving impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain SuccessFactors modules including BizX Mobile Workforce Planning ECTimeOffTimeSheet Workforce Analytics OnBoarding Platform and Employee Central.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SuccessFactors implementations.Design and implement custom solutions to meet specific business needs using SuccessFactors.Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors modules with other enterprise systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SuccessFactors configurations and customizations.Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements to leverage new features and functionalities.Train and mentor junior developers on SuccessFactors best practices and development techniques.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Support the sales and marketing teams by providing technical insights and solutions for client proposals.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in SuccessFactors modules including BizX Mobile Workforce Planning ECTimeOffTimeSheet Workforce Analytics OnBoarding Platform and Employee Central.Demonstrate experience in Research and Development Sales and Marketing domains.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Show proficiency in system integration and data migration techniques.Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
