Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in SuccessFactors and domain expertise in Research and Development Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to our innovative projects and driving impactful solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SuccessFactors modules including BizX Mobile Workforce Planning ECTimeOffTimeSheet Workforce Analytics OnBoarding Platform and Employee Central.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Design and implement custom solutions to meet specific business needs using SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors modules with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SuccessFactors configurations and customizations.
  • Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements to leverage new features and functionalities.
  • Train and mentor junior developers on SuccessFactors best practices and development techniques.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams by providing technical insights and solutions for client proposals.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in SuccessFactors modules including BizX Mobile Workforce Planning ECTimeOffTimeSheet Workforce Analytics OnBoarding Platform and Employee Central.
  • Demonstrate experience in Research and Development Sales and Marketing domains.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Show proficiency in system integration and data migration techniques.
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
