Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Jenkins Maven Cucumber Selenium and Ruby. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work with no travel required. The shift is during the day ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of automated test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber.Oversee the integration of Jenkins and Maven for continuous testing and deployment.Provide expertise in Ruby to enhance test automation frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test data.Execute functional regression and performance testing to ensure software quality.Identify document and track defects and issues through resolution.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on test automation techniques.Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.Support the deployment of software releases and ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Jenkins Maven Cucumber Selenium and Ruby.Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.Have a solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with a day shift schedule.
