Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SD - Brazil & LATAM and SAP Standard Order to Cash. This role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive impactful solutions for our clients. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing sales operations and ensuring seamless order-to-cash processes.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SD modules for Brazil and LATAM regions.Oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash process ensuring efficiency and accuracy.Provide expert guidance on SAP Standard Order to Cash functionalities to enhance business operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet client needs.Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards in all SAP SD implementations.Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP SD configurations to ensure system integrity.Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize system adoption and proficiency.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of sales operations.Provide support for eCTD submissions and publishing leveraging domain expertise.Assist in key account management and sales operations to drive business growth.Prepare detailed documentation of system configurations processes and user guides.Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress and gather feedback.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of SAP SD modules specifically for Brazil and LATAM regions.Demonstrate proficiency in SAP Standard Order to Cash processes.Have experience in eCTD submissions and publishing is a plus.Show expertise in key account management and sales operations.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
