Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. QEA with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Temenos T24 Core Banking Selenium and Core Java. Experience in Cards & Payments is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our products contributing to our companys success and societal impact.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for our core banking products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases for Temenos T24.Provide expertise in Selenium to automate test scripts and improve testing efficiency.Utilize Core Java skills to develop and maintain automated test frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with the project timelines and deliverables.Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities.Monitor and report on test execution progress including defect tracking and resolution.Participate in code reviews to ensure that testability and quality are built into the product from the start.Work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Temenos T24 and Core Banking systems.Demonstrate proficiency in Selenium for test automation.Exhibit solid knowledge of Core Java for developing automated test scripts.Have a good understanding of Cards & Payments domain (nice to have).Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
