Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GCP Terraform Ansible Windows Server Admin and Windows Administration. This role requires domain experience in Consumer Lending. The work model is hybrid with rotational shifts. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities
Design implement and manage infrastructure solutions using GCP Terraform and Ansible to ensure robust and scalable systems.Oversee the administration and maintenance of Windows servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows-based systems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect sensitive data.Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain high availability and performance.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and configuration management tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components.Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge transfer.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure capabilities.
Qualifications
