Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and a strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain domains. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the design development and implementation of LIMS solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the technical aspects of projects ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts quality assurance and operations to ensure seamless integration of LIMS solutions.Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and training materials.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all technical solutions.Optimize system performance and scalability to support business growth and efficiency.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project scope and deliver high-quality solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.Provide technical support and training to end-users ensuring effective utilization of LIMS solutions.Qualifications
Possess a strong background in LIMS with at least 8 years of relevant experience.Demonstrate expertise in software development including proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# or Python.Have experience in the manufacturing and supply chain domains with a deep understanding of industry-specific processes and requirements.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Certifications Required
Certified LIMS Professional (CLP) CLIA ISO 17025
