Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform Ansible GCP and Linux Admin (RHEL/SLES/OEL) and a strong background in Consumer Lending. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our infrastructure and consumer lending operations.
Responsibilities
Design implement and manage infrastructure solutions using Terraform to ensure scalability and reliability.Automate configuration management and deployment processes using Ansible to enhance operational efficiency.Oversee the administration and maintenance of GCP environments to support business applications and services.Provide Linux administration for RHEL SLES and OEL systems to ensure optimal performance and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement infrastructure strategies that align with business goals.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and performance of infrastructure.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management and security.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes configurations and procedures.Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components.Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective infrastructure management.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code implementation.Have extensive experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.Demonstrate proficiency in managing GCP environments for cloud-based solutions.Exhibit advanced Linux administration skills for RHEL SLES and OEL systems.Show a solid understanding of consumer lending domain to align infrastructure with business needs.Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
