Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform Ansible GCP and Linux administration (RHEL/SLES/OEL). This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure to support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using Terraform to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost management.Implement and maintain configuration management solutions using Ansible to streamline deployment processes.Oversee the administration of GCP environments ensuring high availability and performance of cloud services.Provide Linux administration support for RHEL SLES and OEL systems ensuring system stability and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect company data and infrastructure.Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure issues.Document infrastructure configurations processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify and address potential issues.Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure management practices.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform.Demonstrate expertise in configuration management with Ansible.Have in-depth knowledge of GCP and its services.Exhibit proficiency in Linux administration specifically RHEL SLES and OEL.Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Display strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Have experience in developing automation scripts for operational efficiency.Understand and implement security best practices.Be willing to participate in rotational shifts and on-call support.Possess excellent documentation and communication skills.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members.Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
