Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in ASP.Net Core Blazor ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our business goals. This role offers an opportunity to work on new product development in the T&H domain contributing to innovative projects that have a significant impact on society.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using ASP.Net Core Blazor ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automatization.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure robust and error-free code.
  • Document software designs and code to ensure maintainability.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with advancements in the field.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on ASP.Net Core Blazor ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show experience in new product development particularly in the T&H domain is a plus.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
