Responsibilities
Lead planning development and implementation of customer support solutions demonstrating web & mobile technology best practices
Manage multiple projects setting priorities with measurable objectives monitoring and reporting on the process progress and results
Lead technical development. Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness
Effectively communicate project status to the senior management and business partners on a regular basis
Partner with business to ensure their expectations are met and managed
Institutionalize best practices for IT applications development and project management to ensure consistent delivery of quality application solutions
Keep up-to date on latest technology solutions in market to generate innovative ideas to solve business challenges
Experience managing global projects in Java and Java Enterprise technologies
Solid knowledge of concurrency scalability and fault tolerant designs
Solid knowledge of web applications performance improvement techniques and caching solutions
Extensive experience with applications design integration and deployment in an integrated global environment with focus on solutions for high volume consumer-oriented web sites
Solid understanding of principles of project management
Experience as an Agile practitioner / Project Manager
Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management
Strong knowledge in RDBMS technologies like Oracle MySQL
Good to have NoSQL database experience like MongoDB Cassandra
