Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Planning and related technologies. This role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts. The candidate will contribute to the companys success by leveraging their technical skills to enhance our planning and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of Oracle Planning Dashboards and Infolets.Oversee the implementation of Oracle Planning Valid Intersections to ensure data integrity.Provide expertise in Oracle Planning Navigation Flows to streamline user experience.Manage Oracle Planning Approval Units to facilitate efficient approval processes.Develop and maintain Oracle Planning Business Rules to automate planning tasks.Administer Oracle Planning environments to ensure optimal performance.Facilitate data exchange processes using Oracle Planning Data Exchange.Manage metadata using Oracle Planning Metadata Management tools.Implement and support Oracle Planning solutions tailored for the healthcare industry.Develop and maintain Oracle ASO Reporting Cubes for advanced analytics.Ensure robust security measures are in place using Oracle Planning Security.Design and implement Oracle Freeform Planning solutions to meet custom requirements.Develop and maintain Oracle BSO Custom Cubes for complex planning scenarios.Create and manage Oracle Planning Forms to facilitate data entry and reporting.Collaborate with FP&A and Finance teams to align planning solutions with business needs.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Planning applications.Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency with Oracle Planning tools.Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.Stay updated with the latest Oracle Planning features and best practices.Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and systems.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality planning solutions.Document technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions.Participate in project planning and execution to meet deadlines and deliverables.Provide regular updates to management on project status and progress.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Oracle Planning Dashboards and Infolets.Have experience with Oracle Planning Valid Intersections and Navigation Flows.Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Planning Approval Units and Business Rules.Be skilled in Oracle Planning Administration and Data Exchange.Have knowledge of Oracle Planning Metadata Management and Healthcare Planning.Be experienced in developing Oracle ASO Reporting Cubes and ensuring Planning Security.Have expertise in Oracle Freeform Planning and BSO Custom Cubes.Be proficient in creating and managing Oracle Planning Forms.Experience in FP&A and Finance domains is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing environments.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
