Manage and optimize Control-M Scheduler to ensure efficient job scheduling and execution.Oversee Control-M Batch Operations to maintain smooth batch processing and timely completion of tasks.Administer z/OS systems to ensure high availability performance and security.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Control-M and z/OS related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance efficiency.Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes procedures and configurations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure management.Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.Provide training and guidance to junior team members on Control-M and z/OS administration.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve IT infrastructure.Contribute to the overall success of the organization by ensuring reliable and efficient IT operations.
Qualifications
