Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Planning and related technologies as well as domain expertise in Investment Banking Operations and Retail Banking. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and contribute to the success of our financial services projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Planning solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and maintenance of Oracle Pln Dashboards and Infolets to provide actionable insights.Provide expertise in Oracle Pln Valid Intersections to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Develop and manage Oracle Planning Navigation Flows to streamline user experience.Implement and monitor Oracle Planning Approval Units to facilitate efficient workflow processes.Create and optimize Oracle Planning Business Rules to enhance system performance.Administer Oracle Planning environments to ensure stability and reliability.Facilitate Oracle Planning Data Exchange to enable seamless data integration.Manage Oracle Planning Metadata to maintain consistency and accuracy across systems.Utilize Oracle Pln Healthcare Pln to support healthcare-related financial planning.Develop Oracle ASO Reporting Cubes to deliver comprehensive analytical capabilities.Ensure robust Oracle Planning Security to protect sensitive financial data.Implement Oracle Freeform Planning to provide flexible planning solutions.Design and maintain Oracle BSO Custom Cubes to meet specific business needs.Develop and manage Oracle Planning Forms to facilitate data entry and reporting.Collaborate with stakeholders in Investment Banking Operations to align technical solutions with business goals.Work closely with Retail Banking teams to support their financial planning and analysis needs.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.Support hybrid work model with occasional on-site meetings as required.

Possess a strong background in Oracle Planning and related technologies.Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Pln Dashboards and Infolets.Have experience with Oracle Pln Valid Intersections.Be proficient in Oracle Planning Navigation Flows.Have a solid understanding of Oracle Planning Approval Units.Be skilled in Oracle Planning Business Rules.Have experience in Oracle Planning Administration.Be proficient in Oracle Planning Data Exchange.Have expertise in Oracle Planning Metadata Management.Be knowledgeable in Oracle Pln Healthcare Pln.Have experience with Oracle ASO Reporting Cube.Be skilled in Oracle Planning Security.Have experience with Oracle Freeform Planning.Be proficient in Oracle BSO Custom Cube.Have experience with Oracle Planning Forms.Possess domain expertise in Investment Banking Operations and Retail Banking.
Certifications Required
Oracle Planning Certified Professional (good to have)
