Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Test Specialist with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle EPM Cloud. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our products contributing to the companys success and societal impact.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough testing of Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle EPM Cloud applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Develop and execute detailed test plans test cases and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.Identify document and track defects and issues working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionalities are not affected by new changes or enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality.Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage of test activities.Provide clear and concise test reports and metrics to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.Mentor and guide junior testers sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing documentation including test plans test cases and user manuals.Support the implementation of test automation strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle EPM Cloud with hands-on experience in testing these applications.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show proficiency in using automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing activities.Have experience in the Cards and Payments domain which is considered a valuable asset.Display a proactive and detail-oriented approach to testing ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.Hold a relevant certification in software testing or quality assurance such as ISTQB or equivalent.
