Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and domain experience in FP&A and Finance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Planning tools and the ability to drive business outcomes through technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and maintenance of Oracle Pln Dashboards&Infolets to provide actionable insights.Provide expertise in Oracle Pln Valid Intersections to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Develop and manage Oracle Planning Navigation Flows to streamline user experience.Implement Oracle Planning Approval Units to facilitate efficient workflow and approval processes.Create and maintain Oracle Planning Business Rules to automate and optimize financial processes.Administer Oracle Planning Data Exchange to ensure seamless data integration and transfer.Manage Oracle Planning Metadata MGT to maintain accurate and up-to-date metadata.Utilize Oracle Pln Healthcare Pln to support healthcare financial planning needs.Develop Oracle ASO Reporting Cube to enable advanced analytical capabilities.Ensure robust Oracle Planning Security to protect sensitive financial data.Implement Oracle Freeform Planning to support flexible and customizable planning processes.Develop and manage Oracle BSO Custom Cube to support complex financial models.Design and maintain Oracle Planning Forms to facilitate data entry and reporting.Collaborate with FP&A and Finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.Stay updated with the latest Oracle Planning features and best practices to continuously improve solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical implementations.Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work as needed to meet project requirements.Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality financial planning solutions that drive business success.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Finance or a related field.Have 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Pln Dashboards&Infolets Oracle Pln Valid Intersections and Oracle Planning Navigation Flows.Show proficiency in Oracle Planning Approval Units Oracle Planning Business Rules and Oracle Planning Administration.Exhibit strong skills in Oracle Planning Data Exchange Oracle Planning Metadata MGT and Oracle Pln Healthcare Pln.Have experience with Oracle ASO Reporting Cube Oracle Planning Security and Oracle Freeform Planning.Demonstrate knowledge of Oracle BSO Custom Cube and Oracle Planning Forms.Possess domain experience in FP&A and Finance.Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Certifications Required
