Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEGA Frameworks Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration and Pega Case Management. Additionally expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is essential. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement Pega applications to meet business requirements.Oversee the design and development of Pega workflows and case management solutions.Provide technical expertise in Pega Frameworks to ensure robust and scalable solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systems.Ensure data integrity and seamless data integration within Pega applications.Utilize Pega Platform to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.Maintain and update Pega applications to adapt to changing business needs.Provide support and troubleshooting for Pega-related issues and incidents.Document technical specifications and user guides for Pega applications.Mentor and guide junior developers in Pega best practices and methodologies.Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Pega Frameworks and their application in real-world scenarios.Demonstrate expertise in Pega Platform including its architecture and components.Have hands-on experience in Pega Application Development including designing and building applications.Show proficiency in Pega Data and Integration ensuring seamless data flow and integration.Exhibit knowledge in Pega Case Management including designing and managing case workflows.Have domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims understanding the specific requirements and regulations.Demonstrate experience in Claims processing ensuring accurate and efficient handling of claims.Possess knowledge of Payer domain including payer systems and processes.Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex Pega issues.Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Show the ability to mentor and guide junior developers in Pega best practices.Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.Be adaptable to changing business needs and requirements.
Certifications Required
Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification.
