Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Ent Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate will have expertise in various Oracle Planning modules and a strong background in finance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Planning tools and the ability to drive business outcomes through effective planning and analysis.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) solutions.Oversee the development and maintenance of Oracle Pln Dashboards & Infolets to provide actionable insights.Provide expertise in Oracle Pln Valid Intersections to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Develop and manage Oracle Planning Navigation Flows to streamline user experience.Implement and monitor Oracle Planning Approval Units to facilitate efficient approval processes.Create and maintain Oracle Planning Business Rules to automate and optimize planning processes.Administer Oracle Planning Data Exchange to ensure seamless data integration.Manage Oracle Planning Metadata MGT to maintain accurate and up-to-date metadata.Utilize Oracle Pln Healthcare Pln to support healthcare-specific planning needs.Develop and maintain Oracle ASO Reporting Cube for advanced reporting capabilities.Ensure robust Oracle Planning Security to protect sensitive financial data.Implement Oracle Freeform Planning to provide flexible planning solutions.Develop and manage Oracle BSO Custom Cube for customized planning requirements.Design and maintain Oracle Planning Forms to facilitate user input and data collection.Collaborate with FP&A and finance teams to align planning solutions with business objectives.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Oracle Planning tools.Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation.Stay updated with the latest Oracle Planning features and best practices.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Pln Dashboards & Infolets Oracle Pln Valid Intersections and Oracle Planning Navigation Flows.Have experience in Oracle Planning Approval Units Oracle Planning Business Rules and Oracle Planning Administration.Show proficiency in Oracle Planning Data Exchange Oracle Planning Metadata MGT and Oracle Pln Healthcare Pln.Be skilled in Oracle ASO Reporting Cube Oracle Planning Security and Oracle Freeform Planning.Have experience with Oracle BSO Custom Cube and Oracle Planning Forms.Possess strong domain knowledge in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and finance.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Have a proactive and results-driven approach.
