Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A and Finance with expertise in various Oracle Planning modules. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical solutions and contribute to the companys financial planning and analysis processes.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) solutions.Oversee the development and maintenance of Oracle Pln Dashboards and Infolets to provide actionable insights.Provide expertise in Oracle Pln Valid Intersections to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Manage Oracle Planning Navigation Flows to streamline user experience and improve efficiency.Implement Oracle Planning Approval Units to facilitate effective workflow management.Develop and maintain Oracle Planning Business Rules to automate and optimize planning processes.Administer Oracle Planning Data Exchange to ensure seamless data integration across systems.Oversee Oracle Planning Metadata Management to maintain accurate and up-to-date metadata.Utilize Oracle Pln Healthcare Planning to address specific needs within the healthcare domain.Develop Oracle ASO Reporting Cube to enhance reporting capabilities and performance.Ensure robust Oracle Planning Security to protect sensitive financial data.Implement Oracle Freeform Planning to provide flexible planning solutions tailored to business needs.Develop and maintain Oracle BSO Custom Cube to support complex financial models.Design and manage Oracle Planning Forms to facilitate data entry and reporting.Collaborate with FP&A and Finance teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Planning tools.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.Stay updated with the latest Oracle Planning features and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Pln Dashboards and Infolets Oracle Pln Valid Intersections and Oracle Planning Navigation Flows.Have strong experience in Oracle Planning Approval Units Oracle Planning Business Rules and Oracle Planning Administration.Show proficiency in Oracle Planning Data Exchange Oracle Planning Metadata Management and Oracle Pln Healthcare Planning.Exhibit knowledge in Oracle ASO Reporting Cube Oracle Planning Security and Oracle Freeform Planning.Demonstrate experience in Oracle BSO Custom Cube and Oracle Planning Forms.Have a solid background in FP&A and Finance domains.Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Be proactive and able to work independently in a hybrid work model.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions.Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Certifications Required
