Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in T24 technologies including Version Designer Report Designer Payments OFS & Admin - R21 OFS Funds Transfer - R21 Enquiry Designer Deposits and Core. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not require travel. Experience in Securities Operations and Wealth Management Operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of T24 applications to ensure seamless operations.Provide technical expertise in T24 Version Designer Report Designer and Payments to enhance system functionality.Manage T24 OFS & AdminOFS configurations to optimize performance.Lead the integration of T24 Funds TransferEnquiry Designer modules to streamline processes.Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of T24 Deposits and Core functionalities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align T24 solutions with business requirements.Conduct regular system audits and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity.Develop and execute test plans for new T24 features and updates.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of T24 systems.Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.Document technical specifications and user manuals for T24 applications.Stay updated with the latest T24 developments and industry trends to ensure best practices.Contribute to the continuous improvement of T24 processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in T24 Version Designer Report Designer and Payments.Demonstrate proficiency in T24 OFS & AdminOFS and Funds TransferHave a strong understanding of T24 Enquiry Designer Deposits and Core functionalities.Experience in Securities Operations and Wealth Management Operations is a plus.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.Have a proven track record of successful T24 implementations and maintenance.Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Possess a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.Show a strong understanding of banking and financial services industry standards.Be capable of providing high-quality technical support and training to end-users.
