Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience specializing in Trackwise and Regulatory Compliance. The role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of our software solutions. This hybrid position requires a detail-oriented professional who can work effectively both remotely and on-site during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for software solutions to ensure they meet regulatory compliance standards.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
  • Provide detailed documentation of test results and ensure all defects are tracked and resolved.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Trackwise applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with software testing and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress and any issues encountered.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Utilize automated testing tools to increase efficiency and coverage of test cases.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and standards.
  • Ensure all testing activities are documented and auditable for regulatory purposes.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Trackwise applications.
  • Must have a strong background in regulatory compliance within the software industry.
  • Should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have experience with automated testing tools.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
  • Must be able to provide clear and concise documentation.
  • Should have experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Must be able to work effectively during day shifts.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) or equivalent certification in software testing.
