Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PL/SQL SQL Server React JS C# ASP.NET Core and .Net Core. Experience in the Consumer Lending domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The position operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using PL/SQL SQL Server React JS C# ASP.NET Core and .Net Core.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in PL/SQL SQL Server React JS C# ASP.NET Core and .Net Core.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the Consumer Lending domain is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices is desirable.
