Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL .Net Programming-C# .Net ASP.NET Core Web API and React JS. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical projects and contribute to our companys success. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of complex technical projects using SQL .Net Programming-C# .Net ASP.NET Core Web API and React JS.
  • Oversee the design coding testing and deployment of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the development process and ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications by implementing best practices and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and proposing solutions to enhance the companys technical capabilities.

  • Possess a strong background in SQL .Net Programming-C# .Net ASP.NET Core Web API and React JS.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Have experience in agile development methodologies and practices.
