Job summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and perform as expected.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented automation solutions addressing any issues that arise.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems and processes.Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Prepare and present detailed reports on automation project progress outcomes and impact to stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology and best practices.Train and mentor junior analysts on automation techniques and best practices.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation projects.Contribute to the development of automation strategies and roadmaps to align with business goals.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
