Job Summary
The Dynamic 365 Developer needs to be well versed with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Customer Service Hub Knowledge Management Self Service Portal Reports & Dashboards using Power BI/SSRS Power Automate and Power Apps.
The selected candidate will work as part of the development team and report to the project manager and technical lead
Proficient with developing deploying customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Proficiency in designing developing and implementing busin
Responsibilities
Extending the Model Driven App to incorporate the additional features and enhancements as per business requirements.
Business Process Flow enhancements to accommodate changing workflow requirements.
Coordinate with the mobile approval team on business process flow and file attachments integration and to incorporate the changes to the approval process.
Integration of FA tool with other relevant internal systems on cloud/on-prem
Any additional requirements or enhancements requested by the business.
Provide troubleshooting/technical support
Actively participate in design and analysis sessions to ensure sound team decision-making
Support system and user acceptance testing activities including issue resolution
Complete technical documentation to ensure system is fully documented
Share best practices and lessons learnt from past implementation efforts
Basic configuration and setup for the new/existing Service desk/Business unit
Customizable configuration using form editor business rules workflows PowerApps and Power Automate
Enhanced customizations using Plugins Custom Workflows jQuery JavaScript XRM controls UCI framework
Creating dashboards and reports using standard OOB feature or Power BI
Building Custom Application using PowerApps
Configuring queues and routing rules like skill content area agent availability for auto triaging
Building multiple channel capabilities like Email Web portal etc.
Building Self Service/Custom Portal with knowledge management capabilities to help users in raising the queries and to check the status of their queries
Building Integrations with ESB Service Flat files and other internal applications
Perform unit testing and support integration testing and fix defects and issues in a timely manner.
Support and maintain the production environment fix issues raised by the business users
Testing should cover Test cases for Regression Testing Performance Testing and Load Testing
