Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BDD Cucumber Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium and PL/SQL along with domain experience in Retail Banking. Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.Oversee the implementation of BDD frameworks using Cucumber to enhance test automation and collaboration.Provide expertise in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium to ensure robust test coverage.Utilize TestNG for test execution and reporting ensuring accurate and timely feedback on software quality.Manage and track defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with development teams.Perform thorough PL/SQL testing to validate database functionality and integrity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective test plans.Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in testing practices.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Retail Banking domain.Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality software that meets business needs.
Qualifications
