Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 8 years of experience in Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services and Core Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and will be responsible for leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience in Retail Banking is a plus. This is a work-from-office role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services and Core Java.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices are followed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most efficient tools and techniques.Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services and Core Java.Demonstrate experience in leading technical projects and teams.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.Have experience in conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality.Display strong communication skills both written and verbal.Experience in Retail Banking is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Knowledge of security and data protection standards.Experience with agile methodologies and practices.
