Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud Basics and IBM WebSphere App Server administration along with domain experience in Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage infrastructure technologies to support our business objectives. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the infrastructure technology stack ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Oversee the administration of IBM WebSphere App Server including installation configuration and troubleshooting.Provide expertise in cloud basics to support the migration and management of cloud-based applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with business goals.Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches to maintain security and efficiency.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Cards and Payments domain.Conduct regular system audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.Support disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities.Assist in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities.Contribute to the development of infrastructure strategies and roadmaps to support long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in IBM WebSphere App Server administration.Demonstrate expertise in cloud basics including migration and management of cloud-based applications.Have domain experience in Cards and Payments ensuring compliance with industry standards.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Show proficiency in system performance monitoring and optimization.Display strong collaboration and communication skills.Have experience in disaster recovery planning and execution.Be capable of conducting system audits and risk mitigation.Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain infrastructure documentation.Possess knowledge of capacity planning and performance tuning.Show aptitude for evaluating and selecting new technologies.Be able to contribute to the development of infrastructure strategies.Exhibit a proactive approach to managing infrastructure technologies.
