Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 6 to 9 years of experience in EBS-Self-Service HR EBS-Payroll and EBS-Human Resources. The ideal candidate will also have domain expertise in Order Management Trading and Allocation Market and Reference Data Services and Investment and Fund Accounting. This role is based in the office and operates during the day shift.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and support of EBS-Self-Service HR EBS-Payroll and EBS-Human Resources modules.Oversee the integration of EBS modules with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.Provide expert guidance on best practices for configuring and customizing EBS modules to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for EBS solutions.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of EBS implementations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EBS modules ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of EBS functionalities.Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all EBS-related activities.Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks or issues.Support the development of documentation and training materials for EBS modules.Contribute to the continuous improvement of EBS processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of EBS-Self-Service HR EBS-Payroll and EBS-Human Resources modules.Have strong domain knowledge in Order Management Trading and Allocation Market and Reference Data Services and Investment and Fund Accounting.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans for EBS implementations.Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Have experience in conducting training sessions and creating training materials for end-users.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Have a strong understanding of compliance requirements and industry standards.Display a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Certifications Required
Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Human Capital Management Certified Implementation Specialist PMP or equivalent project management certification.
