Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 9 years of experience specializing in ServiceNow APM and ServiceNow Strategic Port Management. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will contribute to the development and management of our infrastructure ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow APM and ServiceNow Strategic Port Management.Oversee the integration of ServiceNow applications to ensure seamless operations and data consistency.Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow APM to optimize application performance and lifecycle management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure projects with strategic business objectives.Monitor and maintain the health of the infrastructure identifying and resolving issues proactively.Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure management and application performance.Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow APM and Strategic Port Management best practices.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and migrations.Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities for critical infrastructure components.Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow APM and ServiceNow Strategic Port Management.Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.Should have a solid understanding of infrastructure management and application lifecycle processes.Nice to have experience in training and mentoring junior team members.Must be detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation.Should have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
