Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience in AEM support system engineering frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and driving innovation within the team.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of AEM-based applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Oversee the integration of AEM with other systems and platforms to streamline workflows and enhance functionality.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions by managing project timelines and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM applications ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of AEM applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Optimize AEM applications for performance scalability and reliability to meet business needs.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
