As a Technology Specialist with expertise in AppDynamics NeoLoad and Java you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and reliability of our retail banking applications. With 6 to 9 years of experience you will be responsible for monitoring analyzing and optimizing application performance to ensure seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Performance Testing NeoLoad AppDynamics AWS cloud experienceOversee the implementation of performance testing strategies using NeoLoad to ensure applications meet performance and scalability requirements.Provide technical expertise in Java to develop maintain and optimize application code for improved performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement performance enhancements in retail banking applications.Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and work with development teams to implement effective solutions.Develop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards and reports to provide insights into application performance trends.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for application performance and reliability.Mentor and guide junior team members in performance monitoring and optimization techniques.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to performance and coding standards.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide regular updates to management on the status of performance improvement initiatives.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in application performance monitoring and optimization.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools for performance monitoring and optimization.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in using New Relic and AppDynamics for application performance monitoring and analysis.Demonstrate expertise in performance testing with NeoLoad to ensure applications meet performance and scalability requirements.Have extensive experience in Java development with a focus on optimizing application performance and reliability.
