Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 8 years of experience in FLEXCUBE - Data Entry and a strong background in the Education domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects ensuring the successful implementation of FLEXCUBE solutions and contributing to the companys mission of enhancing educational services. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical implementation of FLEXCUBE solutions ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.Oversee the data entry processes within FLEXCUBE ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Develop and maintain technical documentation for FLEXCUBE implementations ensuring clarity and accessibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FLEXCUBE solutions with existing systems and processes.Monitor and optimize system performance identifying and addressing any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data entry and management.Conduct regular reviews of technical processes and workflows implementing improvements as needed.Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they are proficient in using FLEXCUBE solutions.Participate in project planning and strategy sessions contributing technical expertise and insights.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in FLEXCUBE technology applying new knowledge to improve solutions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.Contribute to the companys mission of enhancing educational services through innovative technical solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in FLEXCUBEData Entry with at least 7 to 8 years of experience.Demonstrate expertise in the Education domain with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.Exhibit excellent English language skills both written and verbal to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.Show proficiency in technical documentation and the ability to create clear concise materials.Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.Have experience working in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a technical team fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
