Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in BDD Cucumber Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality standards in our software development process.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies to ensure the highest quality of software products.
  • Oversee the implementation of BDD frameworks using Cucumber to enhance test automation and collaboration.
  • Provide expertise in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to integrate quality assurance practices into the agile development process.
  • Utilize Java and TestNG to develop and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Manage and track defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with development teams.
  • Implement and maintain Selenium-based test automation frameworks.
  • Use Maven for project build management and dependency resolution.
  • Perform PL/SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy in backend systems.
  • Ensure test environments are properly configured and maintained for effective testing.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and test coverage.
  • Mentor and guide junior quality engineers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in BDD Cucumber Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL.
  • Have experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
