Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in Workday Finance Workday Integrations and Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to the companys mission by developing and integrating Workday solutions that enhance our financial and human capital management systems.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement Workday Finance solutions to meet business requirements.Integrate Workday HCM modules with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Workday integrations.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues.Optimize existing Workday configurations to improve system performance and user experience.Create and maintain technical documentation for Workday integrations and customizations.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.Lead the testing and validation of Workday updates and new features.Train and mentor junior developers on Workday best practices and integration techniques.Participate in project planning and provide technical insights for Workday-related initiatives.Ensure that all Workday solutions align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements using Workday solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Workday Finance Workday Integrations and Workday HCM.Demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing Workday solutions.Show proficiency in integrating Workday with other enterprise systems.Have a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.Exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Be adept at creating and maintaining technical documentation.Have experience in conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity.Be capable of leading testing and validation efforts for Workday updates.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Workday advancements.Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor junior team members.Possess strong project planning and technical insight capabilities.Be proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
