Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Administrator with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Technical Upgrade SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our SAP systems.
Responsibilities
Oversee the technical upgrade of SAP systems to ensure seamless integration and minimal downtime.Provide expert administration for SAP S/4HANA ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Manage SAP BTP Administration tasks to support cloud-based applications and services.Administer SAP HANA databases ensuring data integrity security and performance.Handle NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks to maintain and troubleshoot application servers.Perform SAP Basis Administration to support the overall SAP landscape and infrastructure.Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to enhance efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and implement solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP administration.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills.Participate in planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in SAP Technical Upgrade with hands-on experience.Demonstrate expertise in SAP S/4HANA Administration and its various components.Have in-depth knowledge of SAP BTP Administration and cloud-based services.Show proficiency in SAP HANA Administration including database management and optimization.Be skilled in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks and troubleshooting.Exhibit comprehensive understanding of SAP Basis Administration and its best practices.Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies.Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.Demonstrate leadership qualities in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
