Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience in Automation and Payer domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing testing and maintaining software applications in a hybrid work model. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies and payer systems to enhance our software solutions and contribute to the companys success.
Responsibilities
Develop high-quality software design and architecture to meet the companys objectives.Implement and maintain automation frameworks to streamline development processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure smooth application performance.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of projects.Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Have 4 to 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on automation.Demonstrate strong expertise in automation tools and frameworks.Show proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or C#.Exhibit experience in the Payer domain and understanding of its specific requirements.Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.Show ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Demonstrate experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Have a proactive attitude towards learning and implementing new technologies.Show commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.Exhibit strong analytical skills to understand and address complex business requirements.Have experience with version control systems like Git.
