Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation Tool Power Automate RPA and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in Payer and will work in a hybrid model during the day shift. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement RPA solutions using Robotics Process Automation Tool to streamline business processes.
  • Design and build automation workflows using Power Automate RPA to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Power Platform to create custom applications and automate tasks ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and provide technical expertise.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain and update existing automation solutions to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA-related issues ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document all automation processes and solutions for future reference and compliance purposes.
  • Train and mentor junior developers on RPA tools and best practices to build a strong team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and Power Platform technologies.
  • Ensure all automation solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of RPA solutions to identify areas for improvement.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Robotics Process Automation Tool.
  • Should possess strong skills in Power Automate RPA and Power Platform.
  • Must have domain experience in Payer.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
