Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in Test Automation IoT Gateways and Wi-Fi. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and preferably experience in Billing & Revenue Management and Telecom domains. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of test automation strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.Oversee the integration and testing of IoT gateways to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality.Provide expertise in Wi-Fi technologies to optimize network performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts for various projects.Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and document defects.Implement best practices for test automation and continuous integration to improve efficiency.Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all testing activities.Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation IoT and Wi-Fi technologies.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in test automation with hands-on experience in relevant tools and frameworks.Demonstrate expertise in IoT gateways and their integration with various devices and systems.Have in-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies and their applications in different environments.Experience in Billing & Revenue Management and Telecom domains is highly desirable.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining test documentation including test plans and test cases.Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster their professional growth.Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve testing practices.Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with company goals and customer expectations.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact project timelines.Show a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in test automation and IoT.Be adaptable and flexible to work in a hybrid model with a focus on achieving project objectives.
