Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated GRC Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience in Vulnerability Management and Risk Management specifically within the Property and Casualty Insurance domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage governance risk and compliance initiatives to ensure our companys security posture aligns with industry standards. The candidate will work primarily during the day shift and will not require travel.

Lead the development and implementation of GRC strategies to enhance the companys security posture.Oversee vulnerability management processes to identify assess and mitigate security risks.Provide expert guidance on risk management practices within the Property and Casualty Insurance domain.Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC practices into business operations.Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to governance risk and compliance.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC initiatives to senior management.Ensure timely identification and resolution of security vulnerabilities.Facilitate training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance and risk management.Support incident response activities by providing GRC expertise.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the Property and Casualty Insurance sector.Utilize advanced tools and techniques for vulnerability and risk management.Contribute to the continuous improvement of GRC processes and frameworks.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Vulnerability Management and Risk Management.Demonstrate expertise in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain.Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in using GRC tools and technologies.Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or CRISC.Display a proactive and detail-oriented approach to GRC initiatives.
