Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Manual Testing Oracle IDE for PL/SQL Development PL/SQL and Oracle PL/SQL. Experience in Chargeback Management End to End Contract Management Brand and Contract Strategy Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing is a plus. Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of manual testing strategies to ensure product quality and performance.Oversee the use of Oracle IDE for PL/SQL Development to create and maintain database applications.Provide expertise in PL/SQL and Oracle PL/SQL to optimize database performance and functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage chargeback processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.Support end-to-end contract management by developing and maintaining contract documentation and workflows.Contribute to brand and contract strategy support by analyzing market trends and providing actionable insights.Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate the integration of various system components.Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that products meet user requirements and expectations.Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly.Monitor and report on testing progress providing regular updates to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Manual Testing Oracle IDE for PL/SQL Development PL/SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.Demonstrate experience in Chargeback Management and End to End Contract Management.Have knowledge of Brand and Contract Strategy Support.Show proficiency in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
