Responsibilities
Lead a team of Linux administrators to ensure the smooth operation of RHEL SLES and OEL systems.Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of Linux servers.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Linux systems.Ensure system security through the implementation of best practices and regular updates.Monitor system performance and optimize as necessary to meet business requirements.Collaborate with other teams to integrate Linux systems with other IT infrastructure.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and policies.Implement and manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills.Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill their technical requirements.Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
