Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience in SFDC Integration Einstein Prediction Builder Einstein Next Best Action Einstein Discovery SFDC TCRM Service Cloud Einstein Sales Cloud Einstein SFDC Data and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Operations and Process Manufacturing Industry. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SFDC integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Implement Einstein Prediction Builder to create predictive models that drive business decisions.
  • Utilize Einstein Next Best Action to provide actionable insights for improving customer interactions.
  • Leverage Einstein Discovery to analyze data and uncover key business insights.
  • Configure and manage SFDC TCRM to optimize customer relationship management processes.
  • Enhance Service Cloud Einstein to improve customer service operations and efficiency.
  • Optimize Sales Cloud Einstein to drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
  • Manage SFDC data to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Configure SFDC to meet the specific needs of the Operations and Process Manufacturing Industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SFDC-related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and best practices to continuously improve system performance.
  • Document technical specifications and create user guides for end-users.

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Integration Einstein Prediction Builder and Einstein Next Best Action.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Einstein Discovery SFDC TCRM and Service Cloud Einstein.
  • Have a solid understanding of Sales Cloud Einstein SFDC Data and SFDC Configuration.
  • Exhibit domain knowledge in Operations and Process Manufacturing Industry.
  • Show proficiency in hybrid work model and ability to work during the day shift.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
