Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DellBoomi Integration and Kronos Dimensions modules. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will contribute to enhancing our systems and processes ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integration solutions using DellBoomi Integration to ensure seamless data flow across systems.Implement and configure Kronos Dimensions modules including Attestation Mobility Activities Forecasting Advanced Scheduling Attendance Accruals and Timekeeper to optimize workforce management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration and Kronos Dimensions-related issues.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.Create and maintain documentation for integrations and configurations to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.Work closely with the Store Operations and Finance & Accounting teams to understand their requirements and provide domain-specific solutions.Ensure timely delivery of projects and enhancements while maintaining high-quality standards.Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate third-party solutions and services.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in DellBoomi Integration and Kronos Dimensions modules including Attestation Mobility Activities Forecasting Advanced Scheduling Attendance Accruals and Timekeeper.Nice to have experience in Store Operations and Finance & Accounting domains.Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Must possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Should be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
