Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in React JS and preferably domain experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for React JS applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and requirements.
  • Identify document and track defects and ensure their resolution.
  • Perform functional regression and performance testing to ensure software quality.
  • Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
  • Work closely with product managers and business analysts to clarify requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
  • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing and React JS.
  • Ensure that all testing activities align with the companys goals and objectives.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in React JS with proven experience in testing.
  • Have a good understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule.
  • Display a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Preferably have certifications in software testing or related areas.
  • Show experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to produce detailed and accurate test documentation.
  • Stay committed to continuous learning and professional development.

    ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)
