Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience specializing in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. This role focuses on enhancing user experience services in a hybrid work model with day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
  • Implement Salesforce DevOPS practices to streamline deployment and integration processes.
  • Manage and optimize SFDC data to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Utilize SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Configure Salesforce settings to align with organizational needs and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Ensure that all developments comply with security and compliance standards.

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOPS practices.
  • Have a solid understanding of SFDC Data management and optimization.
  • Show proficiency in SFDC Lightning for creating user interfaces.
  • Exhibit knowledge of SFDC Integration techniques.
  • Be skilled in SFDC Configuration to meet business needs.
  • Have experience in enhancing user experience services.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be familiar with agile development methodologies.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
