Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Now and Desktop Support - Remote with a strong background in Regulatory and Process Control Governance and Compliance. This hybrid role requires day shift work and does not involve travel.


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Now and remote desktop environments.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and process control governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance system reliability and security.
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys IT infrastructure remains current.
  • Support the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.

  • Possess a strong understanding of Service Now and remote desktop support.
  • Demonstrate expertise in regulatory and process control governance and compliance.
  • Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
  • Have experience in conducting system audits and ensuring compliance.
